Surfers Paradise is the heart of Australia's famous Gold Coast, a strip of coastline that stretches 70km north from the south-east corner of Queensland.

Surfers Pardise includes areas within the Australian postcode of 4217. This includes Paradise Island, The Isle of Capri and Chevron Island . Surfers Paradise Alliance’s jurisdiction within the location runs from First Ave in the south, to Higman Street in the north, bounded by the Nerang River and the beach.
