Trains
Daily Queensland Rail train services operate between Brisbane Airport (domestic and international terminals) Brisbane city, and the Gold Coast with bus connections to Surfers Paradise.
On week days and in peak times the trains run every half hour from major Brisbane city train stations to the Gold Coast.
From Brisbane to Surfers Paradise
Estimated travel time: 1 hour, 51 minutes.
From Brisbane airport or any Brisbane city train station, catch the south-bound Gold Coast service, terminating at Robina.
Exit this service at Nerang station and take the connecting Surfside Busline bus number 22 to Surfers Paradise.
From Surfers Paradise to Brisbane
Estimated travel time: 1 hour 40 minutes
Depart Surfers Paradise on the Surfside Busline bus number 22 to Nerang station.
Catch the Brisbane city / Brisbane Airport train to desired destination.
